Victor logs in to see his dashboard for an at-a-glance perspective at how the company is performing.
Program Effectiveness Key Ratios
Victor has gathered the information he needs from the first tier view, and drills down on the key ratios for further details.
Key Ratios Drilldown
Victor has drilled down on the Alerts to Cases ratio and now sees a more detailed breakdown including a summary of alert statuses, and the respective True Positive to False Positive ratios for alerts and cases.
He can click the "X" in the upper right hand on any drilldown to return to the original view.
Alerts By Region
Victor moves on to Alerts By Region. He notices the dropdown in the upper lefthand corner, which provides additional viewing options.

Victor is pleases to see that he can further filter the Alerts by Region by choosing a specific type of viewing all types at once. He can also select the desired region from the dropdown on the right-hand side.
He notices that in addition to a breakdown of Alerts By Region, he can choose to view True Positives By Region or False Positives By Region. He can do so by click on the various tabs in the card title.
True Positives By Region
Victor loves that he can easily toggle between True Positives By Region and False Positives By Region for a direct comparison.
Alerts By Source | Channel | Customer
Victors directs his attention to the tree map displaying alerts by source, channel, and customer. Again he loves that he can easily toggle between the different options to see a breakdown of his data in a number of ways. He can also zoom in on each section of the tree map for a more in-depth view.

Victor zooms in on the Detica source to see a breakdown by type of the alerts within the source. He can click on the "X" in the upper righthand corner to return to Alerts by Source or click on the Channel or Customer toggles for a different perspective.

Each toggle in the card title shows a different but equally important visualization of the breakdown of alerts.

The final data visualization card displays a graphical representation on the number of alerts, cases, or SARs over a selected time period.

Victor sees how the graph changes based on his selection of alerts, cases, or SARs. To make the graph easier to read, he choose to display all sources at once, or toggle each source on or off by selecting it from the list which displays the corresponding graph color underneath. Unselected sources do not display on the graph and have a dropped opacity in the source list.

Victor can use the dropdowns to change the graph display.
Source or Type Dropdown
Victor selects type to see a different breakdown of the alerts on the graph. He can also change the time frame in the dropdown below the x axis.
Now that Victor has reviewed the all the data visualizations on his program effectiveness dashboard he selects Process Efficiency at the top of the page and is delighted to see more visualizations the provide a report on how efficiently his employees are working. Like the Program Effectiveness dashboard, he can toggle between options in the card title and control the view of each card by selecting options from the dropdown menus.
Each selection is designed to represent the data a concise yet comprehensive manner.
