Allyson is encouraged and excited to start her day when she sees the Counter Fraud Management screen with the personalised greeting. She logs in and gets to work.
Allyson is brought straight to her In-Basket. Allyson sees the disposition buttons at the top center of the user interface where she can decide whether an alert looks fraudulent and requires further investigation or not.
In-Basket to Alert Details
Allyson can filter her results by the alert type, or use search to set criteria and create new "Search Results In-Basket." She scans he queue and clicks for more information before she makes he triage assessment.
Alert Details View
Allyson opens the alert quickly scans the summary again, which contains primary details of the alert. She browses the various card containers and notices details about the case transactions. She has enough information to mark the alert as suspicious and does show from the buttons on the top, located in the same place as on the In-Basket view.
New for 2.0 Related Cases
In this latest release, we are including a new view for triage analysts and investigators. Allyson can use this view to see where the alert in question relates to other alerts or cases in the system.
